- Commercial property tax appeals part of the practice was a mountain of paper that could not be managed effectively.
- In 1989, began creating custom Property Tax Management applications and provided consulting services to enable E&P staff to manage Property Tax Appeals.
- In 1997 converted applications and trained Property Tax Group staff in use of Microsoft Access, enabling them to substantially take control of their database operations in-house rather than being dependant on outside consultants (like me).
- In 1999 assisted in conversion to new Microsoft SQL-Server based time billing & accounting software including integrating custom Property Tax Group applications with new shrink wrapped time billing & accounting software.
- In 2002 implemented custom Docket Control system integrated with Microsoft Outlook E-mail & calendars.
- In 2006 implemented electronic document storage (imaging)
